Suzhou Sydnicon RF Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (Sydnicon RF) was founded in March 2021 as a Fabless design company specializing in analog and RF chips. The company is dedicated to advanced analog and RF chip and system R&D, overcoming technology bottlenecks, and achieving domestic replacement. Core team members come from leading overseas universities and top chip companies with extensive R&D and industrialization experience. Headquartered in Kunshan, Suzhou, with offices in Sydney, Shenzhen, and Shanghai.

Products include RF front-end and TRx modules, applicable to wireless APs, routers, IoT devices, 5G small base stations, and more.

In recent years, Sydnicon RF has received honors including Provincial Potential Unicorn, Gusu Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent, Third Prize in the 5th "China Wings" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and a Grand Slam in provincial, municipal, and district entrepreneurship competitions.

Dozens of RF front-end chip products including power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, and switches have been developed, achieving technical breakthroughs across multiple process nodes.
